A conflict resolution platform called Mediação Online for individuals and companies. The Brazilian market lacked mediation services. Chambers of Mediation and Arbitration exist but were designated for a very select segment of the population due to their extremely high fees. Mediação Online is a platform aimed at popularizing access while lowering its cost and providing the best possible experience for users.

They are backed by 500 Global (previously 500 Startups), Wayra, and Redpoint. I was invited to be the CTO and helped them from ground zero to series A by developing the 1st version of the entire platform. I made all the technical decisions and led their IT and development teams.

The platform covers all the mediation processes, from inviting and scheduling meetings for all parties involved to signing a deal digitally and providing a BI to corporate clients with all the required information.
